In the release of Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) & Service Pack 3(SP3), a new feature was added by Microsfot to
allow the write protection of USB block storage devices. This entails a simple Registry modification that
requires no hardware devices to write protect THUMB drivers. This allows us to examine and duplicate
USB service with write protection that previously didn’t exist.
Most of the time virus is transported by USB Thumb Drive.
If one computer has virus inside & write protection of usb is enabled on the system, then ur USB Drive is fully
allow the write protection of USB block storage devices. This entails a simple Registry modification that
