This is the full DVD .iso
All-in-one means it contains:

Windows Server 2008 Standard
Windows Server 2008 Enterprise
Windows Server 2008 Datacenter
Windows Server 2008 Standard (Server Core)
Windows Server 2008 Enterprise (Server Core)
Windows Server 2008 Datacenter (Server Core)

Upon loading windows, under System at the bottom of the System window where it says Windows Activation, Click on "Change Product key" and change the key by entering one of the Serials provided. It will take some time. So please be patient. After key is recognized and activated, Windows will no longer undergo Trial Period and Update can be done successfully.

*Mount or burn the .ISO after downliading using Daemon tools or Power ISO etc. (It goes on a DVD) 
*Install Windows Server 2008, as usual. BOOTABLE!!!
This is a genuine version which allows all updates.
