ok so this is my third portable app. a friend of mine was using winamp the other night and it intrigued me, and ive been really into portable apps lately so i was like the hell with it ill make it portable myself. i used vmware thinapp to make this and i can verify that it works for sure on Windows XP SP3 (comment if it works on Vista or elsewhere). i got the regular version from the winamp site and then using a keygen made it the pro version before i made it portable. so as far as i know (i havent gone off testing it all out yet) it has full functionality of the pro version (i.e. cd ripping and all that good stuff). also for non itunes fans, i believe you can sync ipods with this. i didnt get fancy with the skins just kept the basic one that it automatically comes with.
to use the program just delete the "downloaded from demonoid.com" file and keep the main "Winamp Portable" folder. then just put it on ur usb drive or wherever you want it and run it. any files or whatever that are required will automatically show up after you first run it. nothing will be installed on your computer.
